Work package 3.1-4: Model comparisons

The main focus is to compare and validate two regional atmospheric models, WRF and HIRHAM, over Svalbard. Spatial patterns of meteorological parameters such as air temperature, humidity, and wind are analyzed. Over three glaciers, the difference between the models are studied in more detail and compared with measurement from automatic weather stations.
