Rupert Gladstone

Rupert is now a Marie Curie Research Fellow with ETH Zürich and ACE CRC, Hobart, Tasmania, in Australia. He worked as a SVALI post doc at the University of Lapland and his main task was to model the dynamics of the Nordaustlandet ice caps in Svalbard using the finite element suite ELMER developed at the CSC, Espoo. This Full Stokes ice-flow model was applied to the Austfonna ice cap, similar to an already existing application for Vestfonna.
